Currency
All prices quoted on Natural Bonsai are in Canadian dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Your card charged only upon shipment, usually next business day.
Taxes and customs
All orders shipped within Canada are subject to 5% GST; in Ontario, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador, the HST applies. Orders within Quebec are also subject to 7.5% QST. Order costs after taxes will be displayed upon checkout.
Orders to the USA are tax-free, but may be subject to duties and/or custom fees upon crossing the border, which are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping
Natural Bonsai ships within Canada and the continental USA via Expedited Parcel.
Most orders are shipped the next business day, and Expedited Parcel delivers to many Canadian locations in 1-3 business days (up to 7 business days for Western Canada and remote locations).
Orders of $99 or over ship FREE within Canada. For orders under $99 or to the United States, the following shipping rules apply.

Returns
All of our products are backed by a satisfaction guarantee, and our Joshua Roth tools carry a three year warranty against defects in manufacturing and materials. Misuse may void this warranty.
All tool orders may be refunded within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. Simply return the items in their original packaging and mailing material, and we'll pay the return shipping.
If there is an error on our part, or if a product is damaged during shipping, we will gladly correct your order or replace the damaged products, and pay for all related shipping costs.
Due to the risks of return shipping bonsai pots, we cannot accept the return of bonsai pots.
We will not accept any returns unless we are contacted in advance.
Unclaimed packages
To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Canada Post requires that someone be available to accept all packages. If no-one is available, Canada Post will leave a Delivery Notification Card with instructions on how to pick up your package at your nearest postal outlet.
Packages not picked up within the holding period prescribed by Canada Post will be returned to Natural Bonsai. Refunds on returned unclaimed orders will be processed upon request, less all shipping costs incurred. A restocking fee may also apply.
